Library Off-Campus Login
How do I access online library resources off-campus?
Login for all library resources: Your first name.Your last name.
Password for all library resources: the last five or six numbers of your student ID number.
Example: if your student ID number is P000012345, then the password is 12345. If your ID number is P000123456, then the password is 123456. Your student ID number is located on your Pacifica ID card.
Electronic database vendors and journal publishers state that off-campus access is allowed if you are remotely identified as a current Pacifica student, faculty, or staff member. By logging into the library's proxy server, above, you become remotely authenticated by the vendor or publisher of the resource you chose to access. As long as you keep your browser session active, you can access other resources from the library's Research Databases page without having to log in again.
For help with remote access, usernames, and passwords, contact Graduate Research Library staff, or simply call (805) 969-3626 x115 for assistance.
